★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice looking store. Its very big and has large variety of electronics available here. Jio phone and Jio SIM is also available here at first floor. Staff strength is good and the are always available. Parking here is free. There are discounts on several items and you have the option on EMI also. Pictures of store are attached.

Most pathetic experience ever.
For SIM card rupees 25 Sunita asked us 30 rupees simply saying we don't have change now so pay 30. Can I ask them if i pay only 20 rs bcz i don't have 5 rupes to pay. secondly we asked to give pin to check sim card she lie and fraud said i don't have and just 1 min back she was having it in hand. Is this the way reliance treat the customers. Her Name is SUNITA SUVARNKAR. I want reliance to teinate her bcz this behaviour is so pathetic and customers won't tolerate because we are not taking anything in FREE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 10th April I purchased the symphony Diet 55i cooler for 11k. I received the cooler on 11th April evening 6 PM. When I check the cooler it's not working.
I tried to call them but no-one received the calls. i visited the store for the same but the store employee taking it casually (why bother sell is already done) and told me to wait for 3 days just to check the cooler is really not working (store will send engineer to check cooler is working or not, after that they will lodge complaint for repair the cooler).
First they give me faulty product and now they are not even acknowledging that the product is faulty.
I was requesting them to replace the product but store employees are not entertaining my complaint.
I was not expecting such behaviour from Reliance store. First they give me faulty product without checking and now they are not entertaining the complaint. Really frustrated and feeling cheated by store.
I am requesting to all other customers beware of the Reliance digital store Hinjewadi. Theses guys are frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake information providing about electrical gadgets they are selling.
I bought canon printer as they say it prints 500 pages in one carriage, but it only printed 80 pages.
Similar experience on mobile purchase. I got samsung S21 from this place and at that they said it is waterproof. But after 1 year when it accidentally falled in water for just 2 seconds, it got water damaged and amsung asked me to pay 23000 to replace motherboard.
Very bad experience with reliance and Samsung

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a cooler and they informed that they will deliver next day. However, it's been 5 days and yet I have not received the cooler. They didn't even call and inform the reason for the delay. I had to call the store and ask. Their response was the delivery will be done next day. One day has past yet the delivery call or the product has not come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought an AC from this store on their repeated commitment that the delivery and installation will take place the very next day. Delivery happened, but post 730pm in the evening. And expectedly their installation partner refused to install in the evening. After speaking with the store manager (multiple follow ups happened throughout the day) we were assured that the installation will happen the next day. Nobody from Reliance Digital called after that (I guess Sale is done so why bother any more about the customer). We finally contacted Urban Company and got the AC installed by ourself. Not a very pleasant and memorable experience !

Reiance digital is liar. We purchased washing machine worth around 33k and they said there is offer of fkat 10% discount with no cost emi.
But actually interested applicable on it and also i did not received 10% cashback. It was just around 5% cashback. I remember they said flat cashback and no hidden things.
This is not good way to sell your product.
You have lost customer reliance.
