★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service experience they demand money for product repair under warranty refuse to provide bill. I also have 5 minutes conversation record with its service executive who asked for money and also refused to give bill. Im gonna post everything at social media and share with everyone possible..Please don't ever take anything from there. Lotus Showroom is way better . Beware of its fraudulent scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Representative was not ready to show iPhone 12 max pro, stating that it's too costly. He was explaining the size of the phone verbally and images online. I can also check the specifications, size and images by myself online. Why I went to shop?? Because I want to see, compare and then I wanted to buy. Representative was explaining me other person had bought the same model without seeing it. If other people are blinded I can not be blind too. I had asked to call the. Manager and representative had asked me to wait. I waited but no one came and hence I left from the shop. This kind of sales representative, I am sure will give loss to reliance digital instead of profit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are too high compared with online platforms, 200-300 rs higher on small products like smart watches ,pd ,etc. And 2k-3k higher on large appliances. But although one thing is good , you can easily do finance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer services. It took them hours to setup my laptop. They also packed the display laptop for me. We were waiting for hours after payment and everything just for our laptop to be packed but the guy working there was busy talking on his phone.

Nobody gives a proper response over call. And the staff is extremely rude once you have paid for the product. Very bad experience. Even 1 star is too much !
