★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my device battery exchanged which was under warranty. Nice customer experience , they immediately gave a token number & asked the problem I faced with same. Within 20minutes I got my device working & repaired.

The U.S. Music Publishers Association (MPA), which represents sheet music companies, launched a legal campaign against such websites in December 2005. The MPA's president, Lauren Keiser, said the free lyrics web sites are "completely illegal" and wanted some website operators jailed.[12]
Lyrics licenses could be obtained worldwide through one of the two aggregators: LyricFind and Musixmatch.[citation needed] The first company to provide licensed lyrics was Yahoo!, quickly followed by MetroLyrics.[citation needed] Several lyric websites are providing licensed lyrics, such as SongMeanings[13] and LyricWiki (defunct As of 2020).
Many competing lyrics web sites are still offering unlicensed content, causing challenges around the legality and accuracy of lyrics.[14] In an attempt to crack down unlicensed lyrics web sites, a U.S. federal court has ordered LiveUniverse, a network of websites run by MySpace co-founder Brad Greenspan, to cease operating four sites offering unlicensed song lyrics.[15]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They operate the office as of its some kind of government place. Took 2 visits (around 3 hours) every time to get some stupid batteries. Absolutely careless about time of customers.
They are highly unprofessional people absolutely no internal communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the reception and facilities. They asked to wait in the outside of the office and the behaviour of Guard is so rude that he even don't listen the concern of customers. Atleast, the management must depute a responsible person at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jio service center inside Ashima Mall 6th floor. To go to sixth floor you need to take 2 lifts . To go to second floor, from second floor you need to take the other lift to reach 6th floor/Jio Service Center. It is a little time taken process. I went to repair my JioFi devices and they took 1:30 minutes and did for free of cost. Both the devices got some software update. If it is related battery, they charge other wise it is free of charge.
