★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BIG CHEATERS. First of all these useless people don't bother to share their correct contact number on this listing. These cheaters take the FR amount before giving the sim itself but still don't bother to recharge number with the amount. This is is so unprofessional They ate 197+197 in the name of FR. I am neither able to receive nor able to make calls. In order to get it resolved I have to run to store again. Useless customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not worth visiting.. The representative clear says that we can't help you, if you want you can port your number to other operator.
Finally we have ported the number for smooth function. They are not helpful, my father who is 60+ yrs old, they asked him to visit twice and all that for new sim, but all visit was waste as it was not helpful for them, they asked my father to visit 3rd time. Don't visit vi store, it's useless and hectic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed with this vi store. Last week when I visited this store, one of the vi representative "Sabina" provided me wrong information intentionally. I asked her if I can change vi pre paid circle from Maharashtra to MP for my SIM and she told me it is not possible and I have to either take post paid plan of MP or port the sim to other provider. Immediately I called customer care and they denied this fact. I asked her to talk to vi customer care but she refuse to talk to them and told me that they dont provide correct information. Very Disappointed with service of this store and porting my number to other provider now.
