I visited for sim card re-issue (prepaid) with my brother in law, there was lady executive named Chaya Dwivedi checked in the system and said you have to take postpaid connection of Rs.399/- per month plan for minimum 3 months then only you can convert it to prepaid. I said already my connection is prepaid why I need to do this, she said no you have to purchase Rs.100/- for new postpaid sim with Rs.399 plan this is the only solution.
I asked her surprisingly why? She said your name is not matching my system is showing "Pawan Verm" I said this is not big issue and showed all four IDs like Adhar, Pan, VoterID, Driving licence and I requesting her you can check name, DOB, Address and Father Name in all four documents all are same, and your system also showing same DOB, Address, Father's name. Name is also same only "A" is missing in "Pawan Verm" which should "Verma". I said I had not entered these details in your system , its not my fault I gave the my correct ID during purchase of sim. She said show me only ID with name "Pawan Verm" only then my system will process otherwise take postpaid connection. All other staff employees start telling same thing. I asked store manager number and email id but no one gave.
I went off from store and visited MP nagar VI store, it took only 5 minutes and got the sim replacement.
Again immediately I visited that this store and showed my replacement sim card and said you all are misleading us that system is not accepting, so how I get this replacement. I said if same situation happened with any other poor illiterate person then you will guys will suck blood from him.
Verdict: Please don't go this store (especially beware that lady) as this store employees are not user friendly, they will find and create problems to your matter.
