★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from reliance digital. As we had purchased samsung sound bar in marathahalli store till now they didn't delivered the product even after 15 days of purchase. They didn't even feel responsible for that and we need to do calls to them. Fed up of this store.... Worst experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST STORE EVER!!! I bought a 1.5 ton Panasonic AC on 22nd March 2022 and hardly used it for 2 days and the AC stopped working. The ResQ technicians visited 5 times and opened the new AC and tried reparing. But it didn't work. Now they are not willing to replace it also. I spent 44k for th AC and still struggling to explain them the situation. No one is helping here. My last option is to get compliant raised in consumer court. Its been 1 month and I'm still struggling to get it replaced. Please beware of this Reliance Digital store in Marathalli road. They just push and sell products but never care about customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic service at Reliance digital, they took 4 days for delivery and installation and we still haven't received the wall mount for the TV. Please never buy anything from here because the customer service is pathetic, people pick up call and don't talk. Totally useless system they have. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst digital outlets ever. Bought an air cooler 5 days back and due to faulty product delivered & very slow service, I am yet to receive the product in good condition. The staff response is pathetic, I waited for almost 15 mins for a staff to attend to my queries. And when I asked them to send someone to my home to see the product or give a demo on the installation of the air cooler, they say its self service and if not working watch youtube and make it work. I recommend you visit some local branded outlets than these big shot reliance digital outlets and if you are going please beware of pathetic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer support. While shopping here worth 25000+, someone broke our car window glass and they all were knowing it. But when police asked for witness, reliance team was not ready to support. They spoke so unprofessionaly that the hr HR policy is not allowing them to witness customer loss during the shopping. Totally inhumane policies. No customer friendly people.
They are also not suggesting us any alternative support. Simply we can buy products and they get out us.
I recommend it's not a safe or comfortable place to shop. Very bad experience and loss I got with reliance digital,Marathahalli shopping time.

They're also good in suggesting the right product if you are unsure/undecided. Nagarjun, in 1st floor, is especially helpful and takes personal care in attending to your needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic after sale service my product (air conditioner) was delivered a week ago and till now there is no sign of installation, very first day after the delivery they called me and asked if they can come and install the product , said I have electric work need to be done before you fix so please come tomorrow , they said ok and till date the didn’t came to fix it’s been a week now and the product is laying in hall occupying hell lot of space , I have been following up with the sales person , resQ team and even the showroom guys since last 3 days repeatedly , I even sent my current location on what’s app so that they will not find difficulty to reach out . Such a bad experience I would suggest people not to get any product from this store . After sales are so bad . After calling showroom for multiple times they say that it has rescheduled after 2 weeks which is completely non sense. I mad a wrong choice taking a product from this store only because of ore sales promises . I would have gone with local store then this banded stores . Please don’t do mistake like me . By the time they install the ac season will change I guess
