★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited all four floors.In Ground floor different sofa sets are available.In first floor office work station are available.In second floor sofa sets and dinning table sets and different types of chairs available.In third floor office chair, push back chairs and study table, different types of sitting chairs are available. In fourth floor outdoor chairs and tables,garden and roof top swing are available.All over collections are good. Product are good but if your budget is above 10k then the place is for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the recent work from Home -bought 2 chairs one for me and one for my son .One is the executive chair for 28K and then the other being the gaming chair for 18K .But I would tell you none of the chairs are back friendly .Never had any back problem and bought them thinking they are good for back .But I would say I started to get back problem after started using this chair .The reason I went with Featherlite as our office chairs bought in 2005 were good -but looks like quality has taken a big hit in recent times .So if you love your back please avoid buying featherlite chairs .

Over the past 1 week whenever I’d contact the store manager, he’d just say he’ll call back but never really bothered to call back. Now, from past 2 days, both store manager and store have stopped answering my calls.

Especially Mr Sandeep and Mr Manju are very helpful and collaborate very well with customers.
The quality and customer care is level above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are well known for their quality products for office set up. In most of the offices you would see their products being installed whether those are chairs or tables or cabinets. Got a good collection of office chairs, tables, study tables. Also they got sofa sets on display and the quality is without a doubt good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My honest opinion is to give a negative rating. I purchased a office chair from marathahalli . Within a month, the base socket in which the wheel resides was broken. I approached them for service since it was promised a 1 year warranty for the chair, but to my surprise, they were saying the base for the chair is not covered under warranty. I ended up paying for the new base along with service charge again to fix the issue. I was also irritated and dissatisfied with the poor response during this entire process with all the people whom I talked to from featherlite marathahalli. For new buyers, my suggestion is to know the warranty details more clearly before buying their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Team for delivering the Amaze chair on time. Our previous Amaze chair purchase was 4 years back, except for few design changes, the comfort level of this new chair is the same. The maximum height has been increased by an inch. Thank you for this amazing product : )
