★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Single star is the minimum I could give, these people are cheats. I ordered sofa and some other items they promised to deliver before Diwali but I am still waiting for the delivery. these people will stop receiving your call, misbehave with you so I would say if you love your hard earned money never ever go to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I ordered a bed from this shop it is not delivered even after 15 days. Commitment was to deliver in 4 days. After 4 days I m listening only excuses. After 4 days nobody is responding to the call. Bed is not delivered yet. Poor service. Poor response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furniture is ok but customer service is pathetic. I have placed order for two beds and a marble top dining table. They never managed to deliver it right the first time. I had to do multiple follow ups with them but the service is not upto mark. I bought a mattress as well and they promised to deliver pillows with it but it has been 3 months and now they have stopped answering calls and Mr Naushad doesn't have the courtesy of a reply or any sense of customer interaction. This prompted me to share my experience so that others can be saved from being cheated by them.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE. THEY ARE AMAZING CHEATERS WHO WILL PROMISE A LOT OF STUFF BUT NEITHER THEIR FURNITURE NOR THEIR CUSTOMER INTERACTION WILL GIVE AN INCH OF SATISFACTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given 1 star beacuse i do not find negative rating here. it all started when we bought the bed 3 months ago, the bed got delivered 1 month late, and got damaged in 15 days. after complaining, it took 1 month for them to take the bed back for service and till now they have given us only excuses not the bed. my frustation is on the peak. they have cheated us by gulping our 24000 hard earned money. Please DO NOT buy anything from this shop. All the good reviews here are written by there own people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered sofa seaters in the month of Dec'17 against an advance payment of Rs 5000/- (50% of total) and an assurance of delivery within 1 week. Unfortunately nothing was delivered. When I reminded, all they gave were excuses and sweet talks. Week went into month without any improvement. I called them numerous times and visited the shop at least 4 times. Most of the times, nobody picked up the phone and each time I gave a visit, I was told that managers were out of town or were not available to discuss. On rare occasions, when someone answered my call, I was given excuses and an assurance to deliver on the following day. This went on till March 2018 and I almost gave up hope. But then I went to Marathahalli police station and lodged a complaint. The police station acted swiftly and provided a police person to accompany me to the shop. This forced the shop to refund me Rs 5000/- in cash.
My suggestion - if you love your money, please do not visit this shop. If you have already fallen in the situation I was in, please go to police and seek help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really a very shabby service overall. There's no communication between the different people involved. Won't get there right product at the right time. Take it from me. Never buying here again. Had booked a bed 23 days back to be delivered 7 days back and got it last night at 11.30 in the night. That too, after trying their number about a hundred times. If you have an option to buy somewhere else (like Damro right opposite to the store) buy from there. We had to quarrel with them to deliver it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really like to give -5 stars if there's an option. One star, so that I can give my review here. Worst experience soon after shifting to Bangalore. Beware of this store.
Purchased two customized cots (one king size double bed and a bunker bed). We're promised to deliver both in 6 and 10 days respectively whereas they delivered after 40 days. They never attended calls. In turn, when we went personally to check, they were rude to us saying they cannot attend calls as they are dealing 1000 clients. Seriously! I mean with this attitude will they really have any clients? As an initial token we have paid 21k, later after delivering king size double cot (after 20 days, as per their promise, it should have been delivered in 6 days ) we paid another 15k, which is total of 36k (our bill for both cots was 51k). After so much of follow-up, word fights and multiple visits to the store they got the bunker bed and assembled. The bunker bed did not have paint 2 sides, stairs to bunker were not fitted rightly, hence we asked them to get all the finishing completed to pay remaining 15k.
But they were so cheap, cunning people, they made their workers dismantle the bunker bed and took it away. We waited for so many days, spent so much of our time and efforts in follow-ups and paid 70% and when asked to complete the work properly, those cheaters could not.
Next morning we went to Marathahalli police station (which was not expected by these cheaters) and complained. We even asked to return our money and carry the king size cot too. Then they came on compromise and got the things fixed by next morning and delivered.
Raghu, the sales person (who claims to be one of the owners is a cheater, liar and what not). He went ahead and said he neither will return our money nor give the cot which lead us to police station.
Ashraf, he acts well as a decent human being but he is a puppet in Raghu's hands. He never attends calls and lies saying he never received calls
There is an elderly person (Muslim uncle), he has no sense and deserves no respect despite being old enough to receive respects. Pokes his nose unnecessarily and is rude to customers.
Felt they are running business to cheat. Do not wonder if they turn you down one day! For simple things, we had to fight so much with these guys.
After all said and done, we are not happy with the finishing of the products. Despite the hassle, we did not get well-finished products as they promised. Although they have mentioned life-time service free, really doubt if I ever want to visit them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE EVER! The quality of furniture and mattress is cheap. They don't even care about the warranty of the product once they get the money in their pocket. The products which they sold us had a 2-year warranty but got deteriorated in a month! They don't even seem to listen to the customer's feedback and value their experience.
Better off without furniture than buying it from this place and regretting it later!
