★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit store to buy 3 split ac yesterday, lot of options i have seen and finally decided to go with samsung. Deal was final with one of sales personnel and he ask me to pay ******* amount for all 3 units, while the time of billing he asked me to pay 2500 more stating price has been revised and it increases by 2500 rs within 15 mins , i asked him how its possible thn he replied casually i hav not check todays prices.
This shows how these people are serious abt there jobs and cust satisfaction. I told him tht deal has been done and m ready to pay which was decided but he clearly refused to do. It was very bad experience for me with store. Will never recommend any one to visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is situated at heart of kolar at a very prime location . Staffs are good in nature helping and supporting. They nature was really very much appreciable . So I wish to rate this more than 5 but what happened to me only rated 3 . You can say I m nutural. Here I came to buy a cooler and there my disappointment started. Firstly I see only few range of coolers might be 6 items only . After that I chose one and later I found that was also out of stock.
Well I place an order didn't get any good or excited offer. Next day I got delivered my product timely here I was happy bcoz product delivery was impressive fast but again I got disappointed when I got a faulty product.
No quality check by anyone very bad business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an average outlet for electronic goods. They don't really give you good discounts. They just make a show of giving discounts but actual discount is usually just 3%. There sales personnel are not interested in attending customers. They hardly make any effort to help you understand the product. They have just one pos machine and customers have to wait for hours to make payment. Also they insist on full payment in advance, which is not correct as they should take part payment in advance and rest on delivery. Avoid this place if possible. You can get better deals at Lotus.
