β β β β β Worst after sale service. We brought a Ac last week, installation person asked to get the grill cutting done and keep the door outside. 2 days later another technician comes and says door should open inside and we cannot fit the outdoor unit now. Even the technicians senior person have no idea and not taking any responsibility and asking to call Reliance Sales.
Edit: After multiple follow ups, they agreed to bear the extra charges occured due to fabrication rework. Installation got delayed by 3 days but finally done now.

β β β β β Worst Experience with Reliance !!!! Please do not buy anything from Reliance store, they will promise you everything till you buy the products and then they will go you the worst sales support during installations or any customer queries.
We bought LG Air Conditioner from them and now its been more than a week we are following up with them for installation. They sent their technician who asked us to get the grill cutting done and then he will come back. Next two days no one came. Later they sent another technician saying the grill cutting has to be done again and he left.
I am following up with different people plus this cost us monetary losses due to non professionalism.
We contacted reliance store, they will never call you back and also no ETA is provided. My Air conditioner is still not installed and reliance literally doesn't care once the sell their product!
Reliance brand is not reliable anymore!

β β β β β PLEASE DO NOT buy from this store. While selling the sales people will tell you that Reliance ResQ is a great option for after sales service and they will tell you that you can contact the sales people anytime for any problem. But this is a total lie. I have a problem with one of the products i purchased and the problem started within 2 days. I raised a ticket with Reliance ResQ and its been open for over a week and nobody called or showed up to resolve it. The sales people initially took my call but always kept lying that the service person will come today. Whats the use of buying a product if you cannot enjoy it for over a week+ right after you bought it. We had seen another customer come to the store and yell at these people exactly for after sales service. I would have given them ZERO stars if i could. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL. Pathetic service.

β β β β β 2 stars only cause I got a good deal but overall a very tiresome experience from initial contact to delivery to installation. Started with salesman, then was told the next delivery would be next day which was again delayed, then was told installation would be in 2 days which again was delayed. They promised 2 days installation and now say almost 7 days to install. Any effort of communication led to common answer that they are busy with other oppoinmnet he can't do anything...

β β β β β Pathetic service and after sales support. They sent me a damaged refrigerator and have been following for more than 5 days now. Every day they keep saying that they are waiting for approval, will call you back in few hours, and guess what no call back. There is no ETA provided and also the only answer there store manager has is sorry sir, we are waiting for approval, someone is on leave etc.
you pay 1lac for a product and you donβt get to use it because of their horrible service and you waste your time visiting store 3-4 times and still no resolution ...
You are just making it true that, Reliance brand is not reliable anymoreβ¦
