★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 2kms away from their store. I purchased an Air Conditioner on 27th April. They said delivery will take 2-3 days. I requested if the same can be done in 2 days and they said they’ll try. The same did not happen in 2 days which is alright. 3rd day also no sign .Today 3rd May is the 6th day with no update. Nobody bothers to answer the phone at the store ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At any given point of time, the number of sales people in the shop far exceeds the number of shoppers. This is not a recent experience. But, I have seen this trend in this particular shop itself. I have been to other Reliance Digital shops. I do not have any complains against the staff but the number of them and constant stare do make me sort of feel awkward and weird. If you can withstand that attention, they have decent collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good stock. Well decorated. Lot of pricy products on display. Huge sized showroom. Prices of some appliances are often marginally higher than Flipkart or Amazon. But installation service is often better with there ResQ team. Overall, a reliable place to purchase electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very late delivery service, every day they complain about various restrictions imposed on roads, and keep delaying their delivery. We are forced to wait and not attend office for waiting for AC to be delivered. Do not purchase from them if you want fast action. Consider alternative companies for items not in stock in store.
Even after complain I'd lodged, no one picks up the complaint number tagged. They never come to Newtown side and deliver on time. Pathetic service. Never buying again.
So many days crossed since purchase made.

It's not always, but it often feels good to check materialistic products by touching and feeling before buying them. ?
As a marketing management aspirant, I won't say that online purchasing is inefficient☝, but it's low ?compared to in-person purchases. Visit there and attain exciting prices and compare them online before buying the product. ✌Moreover, you can get genuine ? products here, which is not seen often on online purchases. ?

I liked this store more then other ,
