β β β β β Very bad service at this store they don't even know how to speak to a customer once the item is sold they don't care I have bought alot of products from reliance digital but from other outlets which is vashi Thane kahrgar but this is the store which will make u believe that never buy from reliance digital
And if u are buying Ac do not come in the words of sales person Alpesh he is a fraudster

β β β β β Bad service.. installation guy said he will come at 2pm now its now 4.30 pm now he is not answering my call worst experience with reliance kindly contact with your person and get it done soon ...seriously this is too much i am not here to waisting my time i am waiting for him since 2 hours..

β β β β β I wish I could have given it zero stars. I bought a Samsung device from this place a few days ago. It turned out to be faulty after just one day of using it. They refused to replace the device or give me a refund. The staff is really uncooperative and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this showroom! Highly disappointed!

β β β β β Very bad service from them plus when we called them they are so casual about it and telling us that it is fine if you don't purchase from us !! Like really very bad service, very bad installation done & Aniket had no sense while talking he was soo casual. He has no wayof talking to a woman. They really don't have crm in them .

Very informative and good approached towards customer.
I went for AC purchase and was attainded by Harshada and her manager and both of them are very helpfull and Informative,positive.
Must visit once rather than visit any other city or vijay sales.
Do not trust on there installation engineers.
They really good for nothing and fraud.

β β β β β Hi, This is so unprofessional and unethical way of doing business with Badlapurkars from Reliance Digital. I bought 1.5 Ton AC of Panasonic on 25th March 2022. When I confirmed with Staff Mr. Kuldip and his supervisor Mr. Alpesh regarding the Year of the Product they agreed for providing 2022 year product. When I received the delivery it was of the Year 2021. And when I called up several time to the store they all were not co-operative and was making story for cancellation it will take 15 days time and etc. I was shocked after listening all non-sense about such a long period for such cancellation process. I would advise Badlapurkars to look for different store than buying stuff from this place.
