Ill mannered staff! Went there to purchase a washing machine and on enquiring about the final offer price, they asked me to visit all the nearby stores and get back to them for the 'best price'...Got my washing machine from Raipur instead

Billing and forcing you to pay first before demo Hi. I was looking for a Canon Pixima E470 printer, in the Reliance Digital and Kharagpur branch have the model but all were malfunctioning pieces. Moreover, they billed me first and the system forced me to pay first and then they opened it for demo. So while showing demo they struggled technically and the only thing they were doing was to open and close the cartridge section, which didn’t help the cause at all. I even tried to co-operate with them as they asked me to keep my newly paid product for 24 hours in their showroom for customer care support which I agreed but in vain, ultimately they didn’t have any replacement piece and agreed for a different kind of repayment. So the whole scenario stands like this, I paid for a malfunctioning printer of Reliance Digital(without even knowing it was a malfunctioning piece before payment), and they will get a replacement piece from Canon on my money, as I was the one for whom they opened the new piece and how funny is that I am not even able to receive it, as I am in requirement of it in urgent, and had to agree for the cancellation. To add to this, I have to wait for 7 days for the repayment. Great Experience...really? Suggestions: 1) Please keep some technical support at every unit, because salesmen are salesmen not technical support staff. 2) Loyalty can’t be teached but try having loyal and committed persons in stores. They simply have the no bother attitude. If any customer is moving with unsatisfied service or not getting what they are looking for, these people don’t care. Yes, who is suffering ultimately? The brand. 3) Last but not least, Material in working condition should be first shown in demonstration and then should one be proceeded for payment. Why should the customer pay for your malfunctioning item, and specially when there is no other extra piece in the stores for replacement?

There is limited stock for ones wanting to buy a laptop. I was looking for a macbook but wasn't available. Otherwise, the store has apt electronic goods to satisfy small needs. However, the space is not too big, not too small to cater to many customers. Parking can be a challenge sometimes. Overall nice place to survey and buy the basics.

One of biggest and greatest electronic outlet in Paschim Medinipur district...you can get every electronic products here with big discount(EMI also available) and they also give additional gifts with it... staff's behaviour in polite... they are always ready to help you...and good customer service...and they aslo provide free home delivery within 35km... I would definitely recommend this place?

Firstly the staff quotes one price, after mentioning it's cheaper online, they match the online price. Then starts the cycle to cross sell warranty. Their promise.. we will deliver the product on T+1 day and installation will happen on T+2 day. You let them know how urgently you need the product and request them to finish installation also on T+1 day. Those fall on deaf ears and they say as per their policy they will definitely finish installation on the T+ 2 day. Now the second part, delivery doesn't happen the next day, staff doesn't even have the minimum courtesy to inform. Once you ring them up, you are assured that delivery will definitely happen next day and they will also take care of installation. Next day again you wait till afternoon and then call them up.. after 2 hours of the call, finally product gets delivered. You call for installation, they say mechanic will be sent in sometime.. you wait patiently and then give them a call again only to be told it will happen the next day. You can also hear another coworker mock you in the background on call. Pathetic behaviour. Despite telling how urgently u need the product, they don't budge on the T+1 day delivery and T+2 day installation timeline. But don't even stick to it and neither do they inform you about the delay. N when you complain, you are mocked
