★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was denied Jio SIM by simply saying "nonavailability" of sim. I suspect they have it (several indications I got when I entered the shop). They want to sell mobile phones, then only you will get it. Pathetic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this stop when I took my Jio sim... honestly speaking, these men out there have ice cool brain...they are handing so many customers, still they are behaving decently, hats off to them...if the barcode she's redeem, they are trying again and again to satisfy their customer...fortunately, my bar code didn't show redeem and I got an activated sim...this shop is really good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never ever think of going in this store for a jio sim....worst service...i hv got the sim in 29th july....its 12 aug now....but still the sim has not been activated..but they said it will take 7-8 days at first...but now they are saying they dont know when will it activate???....pati banglai baler service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Rude behavior. I went for a sim and they rudely asked me to leave and come after 12 pm..Where is this written that sim can only be gained after 12? Reliance name is being mired by stores like these..the staff also has the audacity to tell that its their discretion to give the sim when they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. Almost all the staffs are inefficient! They don’t even know & bother to know the company policy! If you ask for a service to customer care officer, they will help & guide you but go to this outlet, they will deny the privileges!! All the SIMs are issued against Aadhar but in case of replacement they still insist you police GD receipt, which is not necessary now a days, as per their customer care executives!
