★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most third class store. Jio service is good but employees working there are not professional. Behaviour is rude and you will feel yourself as begger. They asked extra rs 100 for the jio phone I bought there. Total cost was 1153 including recharge. But they charge 1253 to every customer. Aged and new customer of jio paid that but I protest that and they shows very rude behaviour to me. I asked for bills but dont provide. Atlast they refund my rs 100. Jio should take actions against these types of employees. Dont go to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy a jio plan around 14:10 PM today to buy a new connection as well as a dongle for wifi. as expected from reliance they were half shutter down and all staff were having feast of sandwiches inside. I knocked at the half opened shutter and literally bent down to my knees for approaching them. to my surprise with half sandwich in his mouth 1 staff waived his hand towards me to pass by and come again. I was bit annoyed by this behavior and knocked again. then 1 staff came near shutter and told me to come tomorrow as they have closed down the store. I would like to get call from local Jio ABM/ASM/RSM/ZSM whoever is available to resolve my disgusting experience at the Behala store.
Although doesn't deserved to be rated 1 but still its google and I had to rate you guys.
If this is a franchisee outlet then I urge the franchisee to do respond me over this feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today for the mobile number portability. For some reason, they asked me to wait for 30 minutes. When I came back, they processed my request, but even that took some considerable amount of time.
However, the staff were courteous and dealt with every customer with a smile. The service could have been better. When you are representing a name like "Jio", you need to showcase more professionalism.
