2. The representatives are spreading wrong informations to the customers.
3. Also mis-guide customers to get some business...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime you go there either there server is down or it is out of stock. If you are going for sim replacement there is a high chance you won't get it. Being one of the fastest network and yet there server is always down. You see the irony here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I want to inform everyone that the store staffs are not receiving phone calls of the phones anytime which are mentioned here as well as in Justdial. I as well as my relatives had tried to contact them over phone for 15-20 times within 11 am and 4 pm on today only. Secondly the store's location as located in the google map is totally incorrect which harassed me a lot on finding out the store. Last but not the least the behaviour of the staffs are worst. As they had not received the phone calls I had visited there at around 4:30 pm on today only for new Jio connection and they directly told me that they cannot provide sim card then and ask me to come on 12.09.2016. So why there's difference in commitment? And why Reliance is telling that as soon as we will visit the store with proper documents we will get the connection. I think Reliance team's total commitment is incorrect. Vodafone's service is much more better than them. I as a Vodafone customer had decided finally that I will stay in vodafone only rather than becoming a customer of a miscommitment company after getting such services from a fraud one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop contains very few phone models and for the ones which they claim to have, they say that they will have to procure from the godown. Even small shops in Ultadanga can show more phones. Once, I just asked them to fix a screen protector which I had bought from abroad as it was not available in local markets. They simply said that they would charge 100 rupees only to fix it!! Needless to say, I had to do it myself.
