★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only big chain departmental store in the vicinity . It is a bigger version of your neighborhood reliance , has almost everything to sell even some supplements . Service and staff could be a bit better and some veggie prices are way over the top
Over all a good place to shop for your general needs

But movement of trolley is difficult due hepazard items storage.
Billing section is always crowded
There is need to apply networking or proper que system. Plan to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless staff. The counter moves at snails pace. Snags all the time. If you are in a hurry or if you are really looking for quality food products don't come here. Card does not work often.

You can avail the privilege of being a permanent member to this and avail the time to time discounts
For customers satisfaction and needs every things are taken care of n the discounts as given are also shared with customers means discounts are passed on
You can take trolley or hand basket for shopping and do the shopping and there are some 5 to 6 counters available for billing purpose
Every day to day requirement is available here so feel free and do ur shopping of food products to eggs and household items as well as of personal needs n consumption

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Off late their services have deteriorated, prices have hiked up, product quality has become bad, range of products have gone down, they've reduced the space, very congested, many staff leave frequently and many a times the staff open the seal use products and keep it behind. Either the company is curtailing their expenses or the management at NCR are aren't up to the mark.. Sorry state of affairs.
