I am facing the network & internet data problem near my home. The address is near parasnagar. I have raised complaint from June 2017 and that time I got reply from your side that you will solve this problem by end of three months. I told them you are assure to make it? They told me "BIG YES". I asked them if I recharge second time then? They replied me yes sir definitely. Then I have talked with your executive about 5 days ago he told me issue solve ASAP. But i have not received any mail or call from your side.
What should I do? If from June tower will be implemented then issue will solve in september but now its October and your team members are pathetic to me, answer was so poor service. I am not satisfied with your service. I want refund from my ₹399 or data plans or want to extend my plan. You all are mukesh ambani's lier team. You are not responsible for any service. If i want to give you star from 5 to 1 I will give you 0 stars caz of your poor network and service. Jio team is worthless. You are also poor. I will recommend others to buy Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL, Telinor, Idea but do not buy Pathetic poor jio card. Shameless.
