★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Showroom is good and Jawa bikes are awesome BUT....
2. Pathetic After sales service. No calls ever from jawa for any pending items...always customer have to call at least couple of times to get basic things like VMC Tax receipt, Number plate, RC book etc. ............. NOT A SINGLE CALL COMES FROM STORE PPL.... Really disappointed with their responsiveness. Even after you call N number of times, they only tend to talk like those telecom companies call center staff....Never get the work done.....
3. To Jawa Store staff: Plain SORRY does not cut out, you actually need to improvise on that.....
ONLY BECAUSE THE BIKE IS AWESOME, SOME CUSTOMERS WILL PUT THROUGH YOUR RESPONSES....BUT HOW LONG CAN THAT GO ON ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST service ever. so disappointed . if anyone cares for good hospitality. never ever buy a thing from this showroom. salesmen are nice at first but will never respond to you or to your bike aftermath.
their workshop are way better and none of them knows anything about bike features or even if they did they surely cant explain in english. newly opened bigwing showroom offers you better service.
JAWA VADODARA showroom is a big shame for JAWA AND CLASSIC LEGENDS brand.
FYI : nothing is free in their showroom. not even a helmet and their delivery is like throwing your bike on face.
