★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They also gives fuel of any fraction money. such as Rs 98 or Rs 103 like that. Milage of fuel of this pump is too good. Location is also fantastic. anybody can trust on this. And mostly the delivery persons are good in behaviour. they serves all customers with politeness. Just 1 km from Kharagpur chowrangee more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Petrol Pump. Fraud staff with 0 or no customer experience. Today I filled petrol of Rs 272.38 but was forced to pay Rs 273 which is illegal and against the Law. Kgpians be aware of this kind of SCAM that happens in this Reliance Petrol Pump. Also I had to raise my voice and complain to the Area Manager to get the printed BILL of the petrol I filled. SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're one of the cleanest petrol pumps in Kharagpur, considering it's from Reliance. But they usually don't take online payments which might become a hassle later. Nevertheless, they're closer to the city so it's a relief, but the staff experience can be a sometimes unsatisfactory. And they've strict rules that you need to get down your vehicle and stand to get your fill, that's a bit tedious.
