★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better Than other grocery stores of kng/knr, almost everything is available.
The billing service is poor & slow, it takes your immense time, you will end up waiting in a line.
There is an exceptional service here which can be profitable for consumers, this is the only chain of grocery market which sells mushroom on half price at the end days of expiration...that the particular food item doesn’t get wasted, good steps should be appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have so many grocery items purchased from reliance Smart in Krishnanagar Nadia,and they told me within 5km home delivery no issues, regarding this I have leave my 62 items (rs-3560) in reliance Smart but doesn't delivery above items till now,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance Super Market is already renowned super market in India. Now it also available in our town Krishnagar. Varieties of products are available there. You will get different types of discounts also on different products. It a two storied super market which is having groceries as well as stationeries and vegetables dairy products also. The shop is spacious. Parking is there in front of the shop and separate in ground floor. They maintain sanitisation process.

And also, Reliance has a Great Stock of Various Products, Your brain may be Confused :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of all 3 super markets in the town.
In terms of goods it is okay and so also is the price. But the staff and their behaviour here are horrible. You do not see them in adequate number assisting you. Whom you'll find are too lethargic. And you have extremes. Some staff are so over-energetic, they'll always nag you to purchase things in his department.
But the worst of all probably is the billing counter. I have never seen more than two counters open. Most of the time (irrespective of the time of the day), only one is open. This causes a long queue. And the staff there are also inefficient. They do not know properly the discounts and offers and mislead people.
One day after waiting long in a queue, when my turn came, I was told that card was not accepted there. I wanted mobile wallet payment. They said that that was not working too. Finally when I paid cash, they were unable to give me one rupee change.
Even after being told for time and again, they pay deaf ears to the problems and remain utterly indifferent to the problems of the customers.
And the final humiliation awaits in the exit where the security not only checks your bill but looks into your bag to see ensure you have not stolen/shoplifted anything. It's very insulting. The other supermarkets in the town like Big Bazaar or More do not do like this.
If you have enough time you may go there and be disgusted by these inefficient, apathetic morons.
