★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience in line with the brand name "RELIANCE". Staffs seems to be in government offices, nobody wants to work of their own scope. Asked one staff about availability of a product, got reply that the concern person is not available for the section and it will take time to be there. Not get desired product there. At billing counter, the staff is too much lethargic to bill. After billing, he just waiting for goods to be picked up by customer by their own. Upon asking, he said - Aapko leke jana hai.. ??? What a behaviour. Went there from a distance of 60 km, but that one is my last visit. @reliancesmart should arrange behavioral training to its staffs.. 3 Stars!!!

Staff are best for all kind of support and presence during job time to care the Customer with safety guidelines and help the customers who are not even able to walk during store visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall has lots to offer in terms of variety and discounts. Unfortunately the place is always super crowded and checking out at the cash counters always a nightmare. Would buy more often if the checking out process was faster.

Always crowded or over Crowded. Sometimes you don't feel like going and shopping over here because of crowd, as later in billing also you have to wait a lot.
Parking facility is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Crowded area. Mall is very congested from inside. Shelfs are arranged in such manner that only 1 trolley can pass through it. Item prices are reasonable and almost all regular consumer goods are available. Billing counters are less and again congested. Sodexo Meal Cards are acceptable for ready to eat items, also JioPay / Credit /debit cards are accepted.
