★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always check your invoice before leaving the store when your order value is big. They charged me twice for a mosquito racquet even though only one item was purchased. I found about the discrepancy in the bill later when I went home. Even though they credited the remaining money to FuturePay e-wallet, (the following day when I visited their customer service desk), it was an unnecessary hassle and the money returned could only be used to buy merchandise in Future retail authorized shopping outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here a loooottttt of time. This is almost a second home for me in the time of shopping. So nice experience,fully air conditioned mall, you can avail all kind of kids to men and women apparels along with accessories and bags... This fbb is so large after sealdah FBB. One thing is not all sizes are available all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get more staffs from your local grocery stores than smart bazar. And highly priced products with very low quality. Total wastage of time and money. Also the digital transaction is not working. Their card swipe machine is not working. Either you need to pay through phonepay or cash.
Don't go there, instead go to your local stores and local markets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for shopping your daily needs. Stocks are very good but need to look out for the cash counters. Their behavior is like an ameture. They need to train their cash counter executives how to handle situation and work faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat & Clean place, also enough space for bike parking in underground & outside of this big bazar outlet. All kinds of groceries fashion items toys, sports kits, home décor dining and furnishings are available. Good for everything.
But, when though billing it has very less billing counters so it takes quite some time for getting the billing done.
