★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance smart Supermarket is very good. Almost all type of thing are available hear. The staff is good and helpful. All facility are there. This place is switched at mahu highway, and near the medicapus University college.
Must visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for grocery shopping.large number of varieties are available of different products. staff is very helpful here. They have small clothes section also on 1st floor. Clothes and rates are good but limited clothing products are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff Management is poor. Billing time delay is very likely. Bill printer & Scanner don't work much of the time. Staff will always be busy in jiomart online delivery packing and gossiping. You will always find truck unloading on main entrance. Vegetables price are high and also not fresh. They don't have drinking water & washroom facility for customers as you find in other stores like DMart etc .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every staff here is just busy catering to the online orders through JioMart App. You won't get enough trolleys or baskets as all of them will be used by their own staff. You will only get 1or 2 billing counter open for the shoppers, all others will either be used for online shoppers or for their own purposes.
You might need to wait for a long time even if you are purchasing few items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor store Management. Customer are getting lesser space to move. Only one payment counter is functional for customer and other counters are either reserved for their own staff or simply closed. A poor buying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the prime area this supermarket pulls great crowd. A definite no go places during the prime time where the billing takes almost 20-30mins?.
Small snack bars and play area for kids are available near the entrance. The parking is pretty decent too.!!
