β β β β β It was my first experience here. Really loved it. It's far better than #Presto. At least if anyone is going to presto @diamond plaza, better visit here. Good stocks, Nice exposure, Experienced staff, Nice and affordable and yaa they really help there customers. Excellence delivery ?!

β β β β β I visited in month of March 2018, service and behavior is very bad of the staff. They all were sleeping, does not interested to talk with customers, they we're making fun of the customers and busy in personal phone chat and calls. Very bad behavior, guys please don't go here. Better to visit CC2. This was my first and last visit to this shop.

β β β β β Previously this place was very good but now the guy who makes design, in case if you ask him to change a bit as you are not liking it then he will make some changes if you are not standing in front of him for his so called self ego. I ordered a ceramic collage and i asked him to write Happy 25th Wedding Anniversary and I came back to collect it after some time. First of all he takes separate charge if i ask to add more than 3 photos so that was perfectly okay with me so while he was making the design i asked him to do less zooming of the background by which he started showing me attitude. Anyhow after completing the design i said okay on the writing Happy 25th Wedding Anniversary so when i came to collect it. He changed it to "Happy 25th Weeding Anniversary". So I think a mistake can be done one time not twice.. So in the word wedding instead of 1 "e" he typed that for 2 times and instead of 2 times "d" it was 1.
I always prefer presto this reason which is in the 1st/2nd floor and the behaviour is always nice.. They doesn't take personal grudge in gifts like him. But unfortunately that day presto was very crowded. And i went to creative wonders which turned as my wrong decision. And i still remember it was wedding when i left from the shop as i even asked him to make the W capital. So basically he did that desperately as i asked him to change. And when i asked him why you did this so he told me my another customer was waiting but he was not doing my designing in free..
