Else shopping wise it was average. You can visit and see by your self.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased fruits and vegetables. But most of time articles are found rotten. Yesterday only I purchased, yellow capsicum ( too costly items) wrapped in plastic paper and water melon both found rotten. Reliance is compromising with quality, very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its there in Airia Mall Sohna Road, Gurugram. From grocery prospective, household prospective you will find everything in there. Along with that they have in built bakery shop in case u feel hungry during shopping u can enjoy Patties, Pizza, Rolls etc....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big grocery store with quality products.staff is helping ,they provided gloves before entering which I quite liked. It is still new will have to wait n watch to see how they gonna maintain it in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These stores need to improve their checkout process. First: They dont allow you to take your own carrybags in the store. Not sure why.
Second: After billing while exiting, the security guard at the exit will check all your stuff (exit is 5 steps next to checkout counter). Dont understand what are they trying to check (As if the customer will steal something with in these 5 steps). This just causes inconvenience.
Try to increase your checkout counters first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Store manager is very arogant and dont take any feedback. Too much time taken for billing. Very poor customer orientation which will damage the brand Reliance....security guards check the bags as of customers are thieves... why don't they start billing in front of security guard and ask security guard to put the things in bag... anyways they take that much time to bill the items...
