★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing from Reliance Smart super store but today they have refused to redeem my credit balance of Rs.705/- ...the Manager Mr. Jignesh said that time limit has expired on 1st May...This ridicules, how can they refuse to redeem my credited balance...if it is so customers will not trust your schemes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today and bought Amul 750 Ml Icecream one Vanilla flavor pack out of (1+1) for 210/- and one Kesar Pista out of (1+1) @330/-. They should have charged 105+165=270 (if no discount given) , but they charged me 297.50 (after 7%), i.e. they charged for the highest value pack treating one vanilla flavor as complementary. Whereas in Amul's Menu Card all 750 packs are shown as (1+1) with individual flavor only. And the catch is they deliberately don't mention another flavour on bill, to refrain from legal consequences. AND THEY DO NOT INFORM SUCH PRICING SYSTEM BY DECLARING IT OR INFORMING THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS ILLEGAL. RELIANCE SHOULD STOP SUCH MALPRACTICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gone between 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm very bad service at that time. I want to buy loose pasta their was no one to weight and lable it me at my own tried to figure out how to do it after couple of tries I succeeded. Then at time of billing there was only one counter open other staff was sleeping in cabin. Also their was no consept of 5 items billing counter. Other wise nice and well maintained store.
