★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchase of Jio Mobile, it hanged but they refused to repair and asked me to go to service center, which is very far. No service at all. it is pitty over reliance digital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters. i went there for jio sim with my new phone and they took my phone and registered my phone's imei to unknown websites using my phones web browser. and when i asked what they did. they responded me by saying that they have done some network settings in phone to use jio sim. but after few days i found that my phone is lagging a lot when connected to internet. and i get to know that my phones imei is registered on some unknown and unusual sites by service center. pleas be ware guys. pleas dont give your phones to them for setting up for jio sim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very unsupportive and rude. They don't help even the slightest bit. If they don't want to do anything they will give pity excuse like the store is closed even when it is 45 past 7 in the evening or they will tell you that there surver is not working. This store of reliance has got the most pathetic customer support service I've ever seen. Definitely I'll be going one step ahead if they don't replace My jio sim. Just to get my sim replaced I've to wait for 3 days with there annoying excuses. Don't expect any good from jio staff. Worst experience I've encountered. Jio sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unconcerned and uncooperative staff. I have visited their centre three times for a Jio e-sim and each time I have received one or another sorry excuse for why they can't help with something so basic and straightforward (lack of personnel/ server down/ SIM cards out of stock). All they're good for is to tell you that you should visit another customer care centre.
