Try not purchasing anything from them
Even with the bill and warranty and waiting fir over 10 days no one will come to see the fault in ur machine unless ur a big company or hospital.
No follow up will be taken and at the end u habe to waste ur own money to get it fixed.
Reasons on thier mail is so idiotic saying as we have so many clients the waiting list is huge. Kindly comply. What if the warranty period emds by then.??? Amd someones work is dependent on it.????
Very very poor services would not recommned anyone.
