★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer waiting lounge need lots of improvements. Mosquito, Bee, not acceptable. AC, Fan nothing was working. Water was old and not changed. But people are good, good behaviour, straight forward. Should have a small food house running at its premises, customer waiting for long need something to munch about.

Very unhygienic ?lounge area?️ & washroom area?.
The staffs don't have complete knowledge of renault vehicles. They keep asking each other??? without refering to their user manuals.
They don't have any uniform?, they wear whatever they like.???
It's hard to Guess who is the sales person ? and a customer.
Renault should consider it's brand values and maintain some discipline among their staff and their dressing. They really need a good makeover and grooming their staff to attract and interact with customers.

I came at 9 am just to service and still they didn't complete @4:15.

Staff don't know how to behaviour.
Don't work properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Renault showroom to look for a car. But i was totally disappointed with the sales person. He was busy with his phone and had no interest in communicating about the features of the car. It was a completely unprofessional way. Though found some new models and the best thing found about the showroom was they have the service point at the same location.
