You will get your bike only after 12 PM, because his shop opens at post 11 in the morning.

But then later RentnHop highlighted that I came 3 hours early and that too unannounced! Infact that individual came rushing just for me. Other than this mix-up, the service is absolutely flawless. I booked and paid just 20% online on rentnhop.com and order was instantly confirmed. The pickup location details came via sms and email which was perfect and quite near to Metro. So overall very convenient and smooth process for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken it on rent 2 days back, they have dropped to Kashmere gate metro, I came especially from Old Delhi Railway to get bike, I called them to pickup as I had train to catch, I even offered them extra money, but they refused to pick up and I missed my train, such kind of startups don't understand the person you are employing to deal with customers directly should be professional, Hitesh was kind of unprofessional, even during drop off he asked me to cross the road and acted arrogantly.
I own similar business in travel gear rentals in 12 cities, Ren n Hop is disappointing, don't take bikes from them.

All the four bikes were fit and without any issue for our 5 day road trip. This is the second time I have rented with them and I am very happy. Only suggestion is to have a referral program/offer for person like me coz so many of my friends have rented after my recommendation. Please think about it.
