★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review just next day after purchasing seat for my classic 350. Very uncomfortable seat with a cost of 2300, next day I requested him to exchange or return, he bluntly replied, "if you will ride for 1 hour, we will not return the money". So rude and poor customer handling. I am a bullet rider from last 15 years and always got modified seats from bangalore bike market. Because of covid, I was in delhi and thought of trying changing seat from so called kanchanji seats.
Be aware, if you are going for seat modification, never ever deal with such kind of person, because seats, shoes, and underears should always be bought carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ expensive Purchased New seat for Thunderbird 2007 model for Rs.1700 and side bag Rs.700/- no bargain. pay extra for installing seat Rs.100, side bag Rs.100, seat fit is not good need to Hammer to push hard adjust screw holes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called him twice and asked him to send me some pictures of the side bag and seats the are compatible with my bike because I live 14km away from the shop. The owner on the 1st day agreed to send me the pics but didn't respond, even when I sent him a message. The next day when I called him and explained to him that I live very far away and having a bit of an idea of you range will help me make a decision before I visit the shop, but he said that "मेरे पास टाइम नही है, टाइम होगा तो भेजेंगे"...
This may be a very old shop dealing with a lot of customers, but this attitude towards a willing customer is very unprofessional..
I am giving this 1 star even before visiting the shop because they have not shown a customer service worthy of their reputation.

The seat they're offering is fine but the dealing I.e the behavior of the staff should be better. Also the price is on the higher side of the scale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good work, but not Quality or Excellent work. You can see in the Photos that the Seat is not upto the mark. This seat in the Photo is good for long rides, Poor for Traffic use because of increase in Height. I'm 5'10 and I wasn't confident driving in Traffic.

- work doesn't justify cost.
- Take to much time for seat work.
- lack finishing.
- Lack management have to keep on asking to get the work done.
-Need another person to keep eye on bike while you busy with the seat work.
Only thing i like is Cover for my Seat.
Visit them if you have enough money and time.
Also they ask for payment first and that too in very hurry mood like we are running after our work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So as usual when a place gets famous, naturally they give up on their quality. I think they want to get to that famous level just once and not maintain their quality at all.
They charged 1800 for the bigboss seat. They said they'll use the same orignal base else it'll cost 2500. I was okay with both however they insisted to stick with 1800 as there's not going to he any difference at all and I said okay. Later I saw the same seat for someone else which was quite soft and felt pretty good however mine was just reshaped. It didn't even feel like they used their own foam, they just gave a bit shape to my seat and charger 1800 for that. Felt quite frustrated and I wish they would have still done things better.
