★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont take any rent vehicle from here. I had very worst experience they arefraud people no any service. Its too bad . After book thevehicle no one pick call no one sitting in their office they just cheating us . I hope what i suffered no one should so, dont rent any vehicle. They show cheap rates but its waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a waste of money, they charge 350/- rs for 100cc vehicle, whose resale value is not even 20000 and third quality helmets at charge of 30/per day. Even if you deposit cash they will refund back in your account after 7days. There is no check for the liter of petrol present while giving back the vehicle.
Bottom-line : its a waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike was good but customer service was soooooooo bad exactly the women who works there. She has a very bad attitude . At first she was sweet tounge till the time I paid the rent she was calling and behaving aggressively and impolitely. It is that store in Indiranagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for bike rental in Bangalore. The scooter I took was rented out at an affordable price and in good condition. I got my refund on time too. Summing up, it was a good experience with Rentnzip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience while getting the refund... All thr details are correct but no money refunded even after 16 days of completion of my trip. They said they have refunded it 10 days back but when i check with my Bank for the reference number they gave, and bank said there no transaction happened on such date or with such reference number. Again called them and confirmed details she said yes it is correct and asking me to call some other department of theirs... is it my job to follow it up ? Guys that is not at all a good customer service.
Guys don't ever take bikes from them
cons : 1)u will never get ur refund on time, u will get it but after running a lot.
2) worst bike condition
3) no proper fuel meter ( so I lost around 100 fuel and they enjoyed with it)
4) Worst customer service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rentzip is good option if you need a bike for short period of time like 2-3 days. Per day rent of vehicle starts from Rs.200 plus the fuel charges as per your usage.Condition of vehicles (FLYTE) I rented was average. Maintenance of vehicles need to be improved. Everything is done online using their Android based app, which is mostly hassle free.
However, I had only one bad experience with their service which I would like to mention as below.
Return time of my bike was 2 PM but I got late and returned it to them at 2:45 PM. For this 45 minutes delay, they charged me Rs.50 extra (more than Rs. 1 per minute) . As per their rent policy, daily rent is calculated for 24 hours and hence hourly rent comes out to Rs. 8.33 per hour. As per their late charges policy, double the rent amount would be charged. Going by these 2 policies, I should have been charged Rs. 17 (Rs. 8.33 X 2) for being 1 hour late in returning. Not sure why they over-charged me with Rs. 50. Its not about money but its more about integrity and transparency in doing business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. Took a vehicle from the place, discovered that it has a puncture the next day. The asked to get it fixed and said she will repay the charges. The time i want back, she clearly denied to give the amount and i had to pay that amount from my pocket.
Also the condition of the vehicle was very poor, i brake was loose and the body kept vibrating the whole time.
Wouldn't recommend taking a vehicle from this place.
