The owners are greedy, don't waste ur money
The house is old and not repaired
The original owner Is no more and the kids are running the place who don't even talk properly, just when they want the rent they will talk to u.
Also there is an intimidating dog who never acknowledges ur presence and always barks
All switches faucets are way too old and ask for repair.but u will not be served due to greedy owners.
They serve leftover food from previous day in lunch.
The place is spooky too.
The place Is hardly clean anytime..no sunlight, bugs n mosquitoes are always there.
The washrooms aren't clean as well there is always leakage which causes the wall to swell up and it's paint is unkempt
.. beware of the owners as they will ask for security deposit and u r not getting that back.
The owners are cranky and selfish. Don't waste ur parents hard earned money.
Moreover the boys pg is way way poor than the girls pg.
It's the worst place in delhi to live in.
No maintenance or services.
Charges are as high as 15k per person per bed..
Do not go by the pictures they are older than a decade
Tampered meters , rec'd ac bill of 3500 for a month.
