The owner is very rude, services are not upto as they are mentioned in the agreement.And especially the owner never returns the security.???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a lot of places around Rajouri Garden when I came across Mr Raman Malhotra's PG. I am from South India so my Hindi wasn't upto Delhi standards but Mr Raman helped me out with all procedures and was kind enough to offer help locally if needed.
Residents undergo an induction from Mr Raman on their onboarding day and the property is resident friendly as long as no lines are crossed.
The place is a two story building with options for 2 and 3 sharing rooms. Each person gets a bed, a pillow and a study table.
WiFi is of industry standard. Multiple points of access is provided just in case one fails.
Kitchen is available with necessary vessels too. Stove with gas, refrigerator, and water purifier are also available.
Washing machine is available to use too! The floor has 2 restrooms to be commonly shared by all the residents of the floor. It is well maintained and is cleaned on schedule.
The place is completely safe with CCTV cameras monitoring the place 24/7.
Rooms are cleaned daily.
Note:
1. Will have carry your bedspread/pillow cover and blanket.
2. AC charges must be paid as per use.
3. Food is not included with PG (but a small restaurant is right below the property and there are several mini shops)
Overall the property is worth the stay and the cost. No complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg in delhi. I lived here only one month and I was forced to leave this pg not because owner want me to but because the 5 star facilities they gave in their pg. No maid, no water even pichwada saaf krne tk ka paani nii aata tha. Main problem is they're not returning my security. It's my personal advice do not choose this pg for yourself even dharamshala's are better than this, atleast they will not eat your money. Do not fall in their sweet talks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Never Opt for this place... Worst Place to Stay. Firstly, they WILL NOT REFUND SECURITY taken along with Rent in the begining give you one or the other reason, Secondly, Contaminated Water if By any chance water is there...and be ready for Poisioning if water is consumed....Thirdly, no responsibilty as promised before would be undertaken like cleaning, safe driniking water, wifi issue but instead contaminated water, and every day they will interfere in your private space. No Maid or clearing of garbage for weeks. even months.
