But overall, too much waiting time for even a normal consultation. Takes half of the day minimum for just a normal checkup. Even if it is not crowded.
No value of paitient/Customer time.
Management is very slow and whole time goes in passing the file from here and there.
If you really want to improve, try improvising on the customer time. For your self analysis track down the customer entry time and customer exit time and see the difference yourself.
