★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on Raja Manindra Road, this place is easy to spot from moving traffic. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous and professional. They have digital x-ray facility and blood culture is done as well. Various doctors also have their chambers here. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst lab. I visited with my patient for USG. No basic facilities at all. Doctors are not permanent here. They just gather some patient and call doctor. And doctor's punctuality almost negative. I have waited almost for 2.5 hours with my patient still doctor has not arrived. My patient was diabetic, 76 years old, had stone in gall bladder. The behaviour of the receptionist is pathetic. She doesn't know how to treat with the patients. There is no facilities like wash room, drinking water etc within the premises. Suggestion is, firstly try your very best to avoid the lab. Secondly, if you cannot avoid then do not make bill before confirming that the doctor is there or not. Otherwise, you will face a big problem if you are coming with a critical patient. Because once the bill is made, they don't want to return money. You have to wait for unknown long time (before you may die and they don't even care) tolerating their most third class behaviour. My patient was even feeling sick due to long fasting time before USG and i was asking for my money back but they were rude and was not able to confirm that when doctor will arrive. Finally i got my money back after so many arguments and chaos (more patient party was also there who were suffering as well). Most worst and pathetic experience!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced lots of nonsense incidents. Specially the receptionist is very rude to patients. Doctor's attitude is like he is doing a big favor to the patients. No punctuality. This place is only for harrassment.
(There is no option to put negative review in google. 1 star is also too good for this lab.)
