They do not provide complete information about the vehicle at the time of delivery, but the tool kit provided by the company was not given to me. Also the staff don't pick up the phone always. Really pathetic service. But yes the bike is too good.I am satisfied with the bike 100 out 100 for baike for staff #-50# out 100

Very very bad dealer's. Even not answering calls. If you book your bike they will not deliver on time and if you visit then talked rudely.
I tried to contact them from last 3 months. No one answer.
Think once before book and about your valuable money.
Don't keep your money pending with Revolt.
1 star rating because there is no option for 00000 ⭐.

*Test drive rejected to customers.
*Salesman person is didn't know updation of bike.
*He also said book bike but not sure when will be deliver.
*Salesman said one customer after booking now go & come after 4 month rudely behaviour.
*No salesman is in revolt code dress.
*1 bike got accident by salesman.
*Good Luck Visit on your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff ever, Bike is good at its level but the staff doesn't know how to treat you as a customer, When I visited the showroom, the staff was literally sitting like playing mobile games and they did not even tell us the features of the vehicle. Because they have to play the game on mobile more important than the customer. We felt that maybe they get money from mobile games that's why they are so chill. Revolt should give a gaming setup to their employees in showroom, Because such a company will earn a lot of name one day. won't recommend this dealer.

I will see this is 1st company who will be Service number is switch off in official working time. We request to Customer if interested buy this vehicle Please asking how they are Provided service. Main important is service. Please ask to them how he will provide the service . Otherwise you can purchased other Vehicle.

Very different from other showrooms, they showcase only 2 bikes which are bestsellers ofc in the E bike market but a better use of the space could've been possible. They can always improve that. Other than that, the staff was very open and good...
