★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to buy your dream. The customer service sucks at this place. Booking was done on 13/April/2022 with 50℅ payment after that the executive DARSHAN was after our life for full payment. They promised for delivery on 23rd April 2022. But everytime they are just making excuses for not giving the delivery. And darshan also became non responsive. Now the documents they made with lot of mistakes. Number plate is also not ready yet. Trust me guys worst experience. If you want your dream bike with hustle come to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit 4 times to the showroom after booking a bike just to take updates on delivery and some negotiation as I was there with reference I thought they would at least expecting better service and some offer. I didn't get any offer and I canceled the booking on 31st Dec 2021 and today it's 3-feb-2022 I didn't get my booking amount back I have called them at least 40+ times till now they just don't receive my call. I don't think Shelar Sir will make Crores by with my Rs.500 I request you to return it asap. I won't suggest anyone to go with Shelar Yamaha here after just The worst service I have ever seen!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't take customers serious. I tried calling them several times but they don't recieve the call. Why they have given the number on Google don't know. I needed to take the follow up every single time till I get the delivery of bike. I purchased the bigger by paying full amount still waited for 2-3 months. Also, I don't get any reminder call or message regarding the service of bike. Previously I gave 5 ⭐ and good review depending upon as they treated before purchasing the bike. But later on faced very worst service. I will never recommend anyone to visit this showroom. Because even if you call them several times still they will never call you back. Why do they take the customer contact details if they don't use it for any reminder messages or calls. This needs to be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst experience ever. Never book a bike from here, They are just trying to fool customers by delaying and not giving exact information. Even after full payment is made you are treated like road side beggar. Your phone will never be picked up and you will never even get a call back regarding delivery update. You only have to rigorously follow up for everything. I have been even given rude replies. Never ever trust their Delivery Date as that will never be exact. Absolutely irritated with my deal at this showroom and I am now in no mood of receiving my AEROX 155. Disappointed and Agitated. BAD MANAGEMENT.

I received delivery on 2nd April. I am updating the rating as very bad after sales service by showroom.
The RTO passing not yet completed its been 3 weeks since delivery. This shame for such a good brand and product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my goto service centre before any long rides(1000-1500km) and periodic services. I switched to this service centre after having a terrible experience with the shelar vishrantwadi showroom/service centre.
The guys here are proficient at servicing the bike and know their stuff very well. Mr. Shankar is super friendly and helpful person who gets the entire checklist of issues/problems with your bike resolved by the time he commits the bike pickup. Moreover, instead of just looting the customers, they actually let them know if few bucks could be saved by not getting the parts replaced that are still working fine.
TLDR; overall great experience so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this showroom for servicing since I have purchased my bike from here....the servicing staff is very professional and expert in their work. The service speed is also amazing and you can get your bike all ready within few hours. Also they are very transparent about the pricing and work to be done on the bike. Overall it is really a very good experience and I would surely recommend to anyone who is looking to get his/her Yamaha serviced.
