★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service you ca find in auto industry showroom. Staff are highly unreliable and unaccountable for the work they do. When called their phone numbers are out of reach and or they do not answer the call. It is better to buy bikes from other showrooms or other brand than to face employees of such low standard.

i booked chetaak online few months ago and today i went to the dealership ktm@wakdewadi for further process after everything went through the payment total was something 148740 2 k deducted from my booking amount which is totally fine. then i was asked to pay extra 3k for accesories which i didnt find necessary at all then i said i dnt want it but they said no it complusory to buy or else they wont deliver my bike and gave me option to cancel my booking which i dont want as i want the vechile. i called the customer care n was told that they will help me out n were been nice and polite soo lets see..... on the way out i saw one chetak out for delivery and had a look over accescories which got my attention to its poor quality as well and took the opportunity to take pics and video uploading the same. would recommed chetak ev for sure but a big noo for ktm wakdewadi dealership highly disappointed. staff named TRUNAL AND PRADNYA with the so called rude manager didnt got his name tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and specious. They also have parking available for customers who are coming for test drive. Their chetak section is in combination with ktm bikes. Very nice to see the bikes, although I had been there foe test drive of electric scooter. I liked the scooter very much, but its 8 to 10 month waiting period is what makes feel uncomfortable.
