★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once they finish with sales boom their behavior changes they act so rude customer gets poor service and after my bike was available in the showroom then to they took 6 months to enroll my bike's number when I asked in Rto no problem was their they have some internal problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man your excutive are quite unprofessional there ten minutes are not completing even after 1 hours and the worst thing I paid you the payment on time but you aren't delivering my bike on time... In what manner are you gonna compensate me ? For wasting my time calling you again and again and when are you going to deliver it and also last thing I don't want your apology I want my bike as sooner as possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service any showroom can offer. The person who booked the bike for us was terminated for false commitment and the same goes for each and every sales member of the showroom. They just provide false commitment with zero tolerance to customer queries. They do not answer the questions correctly and are frustrated with the queries we ask around the false commitment they had provided. The service is so poor around the delivery. Would recommend to buy a Yamaha bike from some different vendor in Pune.

Got my first bike a month ago and still waiting for the registration number. When called staff said that there is some problem with the rto portal but when asked to the officers of rto, they said that it's working fine. I am still waiting for my bike's registration number. The bike is good but this rating is for the service here, please go for some other showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely I wouldn't recommend to buy bike from this showroom. They are arrogant. After sales service is poor.
Most importantly I think they have some internal issue, because they will keep you waiting for number plate. This is the common issue here which every customer is facing. Normally one should get number plate maximum within two weeks. But this is not the case here. Number plate gets delayed that means they intentionally delay registration process of your bike.
And this is the serious issue.....
