I visited this place for the test drive of Revolt RV 400 bike
Which was great, features were also great, it's a electric bike with lots of benefits like low running cost no pollution and long term Battery warranty and product Warranty too
Later on I booked this bike and I'm eagerly waiting for the delivery of my bike..
Later on I'm editing the review after 5 months
They are very poor in terms of responding the customer when we go to the showroom and not even in phone call also.
I have understood the various terms and conditions and than as one of the terms was there that of someone cancels the booking than the manager has the right to give allotment of that bike to another customer for which I've requested the owner of that naroda revolt hun and he said like he will let me know if something can be done.
Later on they offered me the cancelled bike for which I've to pay more and i rejected saying that I'll wait for my turn which is going be after 15 days and my expected delivery months were October- November and than I write about this to the companies official mail and than they didn't respond me till date it's 16th December till date I didn't get my allotment .
When we talk to their representatives they didn't respond us well also they refused to give number of superiors.
Yes of course there is a trend of electric bike now a days and they are offering a very good product but that doesn't mean that customer will suffer alot problem.
I will suggest more people to complaint about their bad service towards customer.
So they can give good responses to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This showroom not given delivery on timeline dalayed 2-3 month from its told..after you book not pickup any call..and not given satisfied answers..so my suggestion is that don't buy from there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED RV400 IN MIDDLE OF MARCH 2022 BUT TILL NOT CALL FROM REVOLT SURAT HUB FOR DELIVERY AND WHEN I AGAIN VISIT SHOWROOM THERE IS PRICE HIKE OF REVOLT RV400 FROM 01st APRIL 2022 AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE CURRENT PRICE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. THEN WHAT IS THE MEANING OF PAYING OF RS 9999 AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Also the accesories and all are fabulous.
The staff at show room is very supportive and explain detailed information of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bike, but we have to registration for bike, and also wait for bike, showing not have stock of bike, and that all bike at showroom for customers observation, you can check out all features of this bike at showroom, they can explain it, and if you want test drive then you can go for it, you have to carry your licence with you for test drive, and one form fill up at showroom!
To be honest I'm not like few things,
Like wait for bike, stocks not available at showroom, and in this bike for a safety proposal bumper not available as you can see!
Rv300 is discontinue so there is only one bike available RV400!
I hope they can try to deliver fast bike for customers!
