★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have many hidden charges that makes the cost much higher than the advertised amount. The car quality is bad. The service is poor and maintenance time is really high, they take 4-5 days for simple maintenance tasks that could be done in few hrs on any local garage/ service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google should come with a -1 star rating for Rev. 1 is not enough. My experience in short: Car was booked. Car came two hours late. When the car came, the driver refused to hand over the car citing a rule that I need to have DL in the smart card format. My DL is perfectly valid but not smart card because it was issued before smart cards were a thing. Absolutely ridiculous company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice car clean and neat, very good supporting staff Delivery and pickup time was very good. But one thing I want to tell you in Fuel tank lock mentioned Diesel but I have taken Alto petrol car, I searched Documents it's written petrol Alto car, this is your company should watch. But everything is OK, I will recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I had booked a revv car for a month, due delivery today by 12 pm. Spoke to 3 people during the booking process. Person by name Vivek told me it will be definitely delivered on time, as I needed the car from the afternoon. I made the payment, signed the agreement. No sign of delivery person until 11:40 am saying he is about 2 hours away. I waited till 11:30 and booked a cab. I then ask Me Ramesh to deliver the car tomorrow morning. I then get a call from Mr Krishna saying they can deliver the car tomorrow but I will still have to pay for the extra day. Pathetic. Don't recommend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Car rental you can get. Had taken it in Mumbai. First the driver didn't turn up on time to give the vehicle. The glove box latch was broken. Side view mirror was faulty. And to top up it the same driver didn't even come to take the delivery of the car and asked me to leave the vehicle with the hotel Valet. I had to do this else wud have missed my flight. Customer service is only for name sake. Worst experience. Will never opt for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't be using Revv again. Completely unreliable. I booked an Automatic Ciaz for 10 days. That too one week before with full payment. Got a call from representative that you can opt for monthly subscription also etc. Then reminders one day before in email/sms that car is ready/getting sanitized/driver is assigned to deliver etc. etc. and 3 hours before, sir Automatic is not working. I'm like what were you doing for one week. Also, I had whole day before starting to travel, so if they really wanted to give automatic, they could have repaired and given. I asked give me any automatic car, nothing available sir. I reached a conclusion that either they don't have any automatic (just on website to lure customers and then ask them to adjust with manual) or they don't care really how the process works and how customer's travel is impacted by their idiot processing. I went ahead with Vroom, at least in email, i got booked car number which was assigned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I want to say that I am terribly disappointed with car the company provided. They informed me the day before that the car is going through all the checks before the pickup. At the time of pick up, the executive came with the car and left the ignition running and click the photos and ask for documents which I submitted and handed over the car. I drove the car to my house and stopped it to unload luggage etc. I was supposed to leave to Kanakapura for vacation with family. It did not start because the battery was dead. Good 2 hours went in co-ordinating with the company and getting a mechanic locally to jump start the vehicle. I travelled to Kanakapura without stopping the vehicle.
Following day we were supposed to another location, the car does not start again I had to call a mechanic locally to jump start the car. This is the problem the following day and finally reached Bangalore.
The vacation time became a punishment to be honest. 1 day in total went in running behind the mechanic to start the car. My family members were so disappointed because some of plans had to be cancelled.
Sorry but I've to say I was very unhappy with car that was provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hired a Swift diesel for one day during my Hyderabad visit with fuel.
The car was promptly delivered, way before scheduled time. It was cleaned and snantized, photo was taken by executive wherever there was scratch and accepted at the time of collection.
The car had 85k odometer reading but was running smoothly.
The collection process was also simple and collected on time.
