I have got a bike very bad in shape.
Bike was not getting started several times.Whenever we call customer care they will ask you to repair the bike from local mechanic.
They have given bad bike why should I need to repair.Just look at bike provided to the customer.
I wouldn't recommend Drivezy to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs and the location is perfect in all the way.. We have a HP petrol station available nearby hardly 1KM from this point.. I would request Drivezy management that it would be good if you guys are giving dust free vehicle at least for two wheelers it's an an open area so all vehicles are dusty apart from that great service loved it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is covered with cement, definitely you are going to make your shoes and clothes dirty.
Staff is very rude, they don’t keep your car ready and don’t clean it as well.
If you ask them to give clean car they will respond you are not getting it from showroom.
The cars here are not in good condition, will suggest to avoid taking drivezy car from at least this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a good experience. Rented an Apache RTR 200 for a Goa Trip from Bangalore. Bike was top notch and was a good performer. Surprising reliability for a renta. Had a swift and efficient customer experience with Drivezy and their Marathahalli hub. Would definitely try again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best and cheapest amongst the competitors. Bike condition was good and staff were friendly and customer care also. Though few vehicles have problems they were able to arrange alternative vehicle in no time. Even for extension of drop time also they've charged very less based on the vehicle. Though app has few issues like it won't get update when they've arranged an alternate vehicle if the original vehicle has issue, we can reach out to customer care and they'll resolve it in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book any vehicle from drivezy. They fraudsters. I booked a vehicle and got cancelled automatically by them without any prior notification or call. Money has not been refunded. Tried contacting their customer service and realised they don't have anything.
