Yoga sessions with Kushal sir are fantastic.
He is very professional and has in-depth knowledge about each posture and it's impact on our muscles..I am really glad to lose 3-4 kg in a month under his guidance..
He was the go-to person for any issues I faced..
He is very friendly n a good sport and responds to
any queries you might have for any exercise or any muscle strains u might feel..
He is straight forward and sincere person.
I recommend him personally to those who actually wants results n no monkey business..

The instructor is also very patient and tells you about things is detail. He listens to the issues and customs best fit set of exercises for individuals. Nitin Sir is quite cooperative and helpful. Great place to learn and practice yoga.
