★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Year 2021 brought along a resolution and determination to me i.e. to stay in pink of my health during all the times and all the years. I have always been a great votary of Yogic kriyas and Yogasanas and started searching for a genuine Yoga studio managed and guided by a truly devoted Yoga guru.
My search ended at Sankalp Shakti Yoga Kendra and after meeting Shri Satyanarayan Sharmaji, my Yoga guru, I realized that it is going to be an exciting, healthful and energizing journey under his able-aegis. He has been taking yoga sessions for the last two decades or so and what I like about him the most is that he not only brings along his expertise and immense experience, but puts his heart and soul into the well-being of every disciple.
'Yoga is the phenomenon of feeling'. 'It works inside and the magical outcomes are visible, both outside and inside.'- he states smilingly with pure joy. Sharmaji makes the sessions truly lively and focused. The batch size is small and he does not accommodate more than four disciples in one batch. The Yoga zone is on the first floor and is quite clean, well-ventilated and carries positive energies galore.
His methodology is simple yet highly potent. He starts with simple kriyas and take you step by step to the next level without you even realizing it. The level of endurance, stamina and flexibility enhance in due course and in the most natural manner.
Sharmaji is an expert in Classical Yoga and Yoga Therapies. He takes selected sessions at homes of the disciples and also conducts online sessions in order to reach higher number of aspirants. He played an instrumental role in making people cautious about their physical health and mental well-being via online sessions during nationwide lock down.
He has been organizing two Yoga camps a year for the last ten years. These camps are free of charge and it is his philanthropic contribution towards the betterment of the society.
