Secondly, been there for covid vaccination. The center says covid tests are compulsory then only entry and vaccination.
No shade nothing. Stood for an hour in scorching heat.
Not recommended at all for vaccination.
+ its easier to reach via ramnagar gate.
Edited: got vaccinated there without any tests ? later found out that it was just for show. To reduce the crowd. Whole booking to vaccination process took 7 minutes...2 minutes for actual vaccination.
