★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought few cakes from here and they were Good. A week ago I bought another cake for a birthday but It was not good at all It was stale and the shop attended also accepted that the quality is not good. But the customer service is so bad they just keep telling you something If you ask them to replace the cake. They will promise you to contact you back but they never do that.
I can recommend this place for a decent cake but somehow you have to depend upon luck also that you will get a fresh cake here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited many branches of R&B, but in Bandra in very reputed area kherwadi your shop condition is worst than ever no AC, stinging badly, poor staff service, staff language was horrible, no home delivery service, finally I decided to cancel my order and will never visit this shop and place order in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is also useless for feedback, on 2nd of April 22 I have ordered 2 half kg chocolate pinata from Bandra East branch and the taste was horrible feeling like vomiting after eating . Staff has no manner and sence to handle and properly interact with customer . Staffs are too slow I wasted my 900 and when ever visit to shop something is always unavailable like knife , carry bag ..... Like not going to suggest anyone :((. #disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 31st December 2021, my mom visited us in your shop, but the employee suggested a cake to Rasamalai cake The taste of the cake was so useless and I thought I was eating only cream.In our village, it was useless to get half a kilo of 150rs cream only cake in our village. Please suggest people a good cake.dont buy rasmalai cake very very bad taste
