★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my treatment in 2017 with anagrow in a hope that it will stop my further hair fall. That what the doctor said that no new hair will grow only the existing hair will grow with thicker diameter.
After a year the hair fall has become so rapid that now people are ready noticing my hair thinning
I asked the doctor now he is saying take hair transplant!!
I would not recommend richfeel treatment. I am sharing before and after photo of my hair fall

I have take the TST+ suggested by doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Richfeel Aundh branch has been pathetic. I started a treatment around a year back and discovered few health problems due to their medicines. So i asked them to pay me cash back of whatever i have paid and said would like to discontinue service. They did not pay back cash and gave me credit note. I was fine with that too... The amount was however pretty huge so i needed cash back but i settled down with credit note...Everytime I go to them to purchase some thing for credit note, they would simply stand with excuses. Sometime the product wont be available, sometimes their accountant issue and sometimes no product. It took me more than a year to get products worth of credit note and the staff behaviour was damn irresponsible. The staff once pick up the call and then it would be switched off. They would say we will call u back once we get the products and they never call back. It was damn frustrating. How much ever you shout on them they would have just one answer all the time and that is sorry.
Seeiously they are interested only while u pay money and once paid no one pays attention to it. I would not recommend it to anyone to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional. They billed me for incorrect products and they have not provided itemized bill even after asking and complaining 5 times.
Agree with previous reviews where they treat you nicely during the first visit and after the payment is made they not resposible for quality of service And customer satisfaction.
They never give a call back if i register a complain and keep asking me to visit again and again to get my bill and change the incorrect product. My complain is still not resolved after 1 month of following up.
The treatment is also substandard.
Not a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited over here for first tym. All staff was very cooperative. I was having hairfall and hair thinning isssue. I met with dr. Doctor was very intelligent and explained me in detail about my problem.Doctor explained me the various treatments available at Richfeel. Doc prescribed me few medicines which are nothing but few food suppliments so they are absolutely safe to consume without having any side effects.
After meeting doc then i met with the centre maneger who explained me the diet which i shall consume or avoid. I took the medication and started taking it regularly. After 3 weeks i got a call from Richfeel where they asked me to collect my hair sample report.
I visited the Aundh clinic and again the service was excellent. Lastly i visited doc and doc explained me the report in detail.
I am very happy with the service i received from the entire team.

Taking treatments from about 1 year. No improvement just sustainability.
Also no reminders calls for appointment if going through a treatment package.
For weekly treatment always postpone the appointment whenever you call for confirmation. No call from their side.
Judge yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great services are offered which aren’t available at most trichology centres. The doctors are friendly and explain everything properly. The staff is helpful, amicable and provides assistance wherever required. With a little bit scope of improvement, in terms of availability of certain machines to render services, the centre is a must visit if one has concerns related to hair. Also, the products are a must try. :)
