Currently taking anagrow sessions and really happy with the treatment. Staff is cooperative and helpful , Rinki ji is a special mention, very friendly and a great therapist.

Behaviour is good As I have reached here via searching on google only....
I visited here regarding my hair loss they understood and suggested me the best and then I went for non surgical hair treatment. Thanks Naeem Specially for hair dressing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are thief.....ordered richfeel shampoo 2 piece with oil online as they had said but the rule is to pay online not cod(cash on delivery). In delivery reciept they had erased the quantity and only delivered single shampoo that too broken and had taken money online 2 months back. When asked they says it to be technical fault and very rude behaviour. Till now i didn't recieved my products.

I would like to tell you with a very sad heart that I had my hair transplanted to your 'Jaipur' Richfeel Trichology Center on 15.12.19 as I was told that after transplanting the hair will become thicker in 6 to 9 months. It has been almost one and half year, but hair is very far away, the hair has not grow again. Whereas after the transplant, I used to travel about 180km to get Richfeel Trichology Center for routine check-up. And I got a hair transplant done for looking handsome in my organisation, as well as i am working in a hospitality industry with great confidence but you guys broke my trust. Next I would like to tell you that for the transplantation of this hair a total cost of about rs.85000.00 thousand was spent. But there was no result. And now I came to the conclusion that refund the money I have spent, otherwise you will have to result to legal action against the Richfeel Trichology Center and I have already file a case in consumer court at Jaipur of cheating and fraud. I will further discredit the Richfeel Clinic Center on social media.in reference to this, I am photographing the position of my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give ZERO star because it's one of the worst Trichology Centers across the world. An order which I had placed in April 2021 with 75% advance payment has no update till date. An office boy Mohan picks up the calls to inform that he can't help us as responsible person is on leave and will return next day (Everytime you call, you get same reply). Customer Care email ID or numbers are not working & as of now there is no one who can resolve your issue or at least can assure that team will look into the matter.
I am surely going to knock the door of Consumer Court as I have paid them and I got unprofessional behaviour of the team in return. I would appeal to all please don't choose Richfeel, rather go for Indian Clinics, at least they will have responsible person in the office to resolve the queries & issues of their customers. I have call recordings, bills & all required documents to make my case stronger. Let's fight it in a legal way... 6 months for a order... Can you believe this!? & No update till the date.
